PercuGuard(TM) is a unique medical safety device which protects medical workers from accidental needle sticks. Invented by Dr. Sorrels after he himself suffered an accidental needle stick, this single-use disposable device is simple, cost-effective, and easy to use. GVDI will introduce PercuGuard into key strategic global medical markets around the world to forestall the further spread of blood-borne pathogens. PercuGuard has been cleared by the FDA.
CutStop(TM) is a patented finger guard made from a unique plastic formulation which protects finger and thumbs from accidental cuts from knives and other sharp implements.
Unlike bulky “chain mail” gloves, CutStop is simple to use in any setting where “slicing and dicing” is going on. A major marketing and occupational health and safety compliance program is in production to introduce this product into broad use in commercial and consumer applications.
